Order
For orders, please email the following information to arielfun@hotmail.com
- Name
- Contact no.
- Email
- Item no. (eg. #SKC01)
- Mode of payment
- Mode of delivery
Upon confirming your order, I will email you a copy of your payment invoice. Please make your payment according to the amount stated in the order. Please do not make the payment if you have any queries regarding the amount. Once payment is made, it is non-refundable.
Following that, please make your payment within 24 hours and email me the following details.
- Transaction reference
- Your Nick/Account no.
- Your order no.
I will reply you within 48 hours with your receipt. Shipment date will be stated in the email (most probably done within 24hours).
Delivery
All prices include postage for normal mail. If you choose to have it delivered by registered mail, please top up $2 on top of your final payment.
*NOTE: I will not be responsible for any damages caused during postage, nor will I be responsible for any lost mails.
Refunds/Replacement/Repair
If the product is not found to be in good working condition (except for mishandling during postage), I'm willing to provide repair services at no further charge (including postage).
Refunds and replacements are only applicable to extreme cases, subjected to my judgement. I'm not out to cheat money so I will be very fair with the way I handle each and every case.
